Mercer County Opportunity Industries (MCOI)
is a nonprofit organization whose primary focus is the
cultivation of employment opportunities within our community
for people with disabilities. With the help of local
business, MCOI allows for an underutilized population to
become a valuable part of the community. Utilizing our
involvement with West Virginia Association of Rehabilitation
Facilities (WVARF), MCOI fills contract positions
throughout Mercer County's state ran agencies, for example
the Department of Highways. |

MCOI utilizes proven methods and programs to maximize
results. The stages include the Initial Assessment, Goal
Refinement and Development, Work/Life Skills Training, Job
Development/Placement, Job Coaching, and Driver's Education.
